Heather Mills left the Body & Soul beauty salon in Brighton after spending over 2 hours inside and leaving her Mercs parked on double yellow lines. Afterwards she drove to a Thai Restaurant where she parked, again, on double yellow lines and dined alone! Oliver her dog had to wait in the car outside - Heather hadn't opened any of the car windows to help the dog breathe or left any water. Plus Heather's car showed remains of an egg which had been thrown at it. Yay!
