Frolicking on the beach

This is a sight we are used to. Matthew McConaughey spends a day at the beach in Malibu (!) with friends and seemed to enjoy a the time drinking, swimming, playing football and throwing around a frisbee. Hot!

Matthew McConaughey is the perfect surfer dude as he was spotted along the coastline of Malibu in Los Angeles surfing in a scene for his latest film 'Surfer Dude'. It seems to be quite a relaxed atmosphere as extras and crew go surfing between takes, notably Matthew's double is pro surfer Chris Malloy!

Sweaty

Matthew McConaughey added some muscle tone during his rigorous weight training routine at his trailer in Malibu. Matt also has become friendly with his trailer park neighbours. Awww!

Yoga bunny

Matthew McConaughey showed why he is adored by women and men all over the world as he did his daily work out and yoga routine on the jetty positioned on the front of his hotel in Queensland, Australia. Could it be that he's not just attention seeking? Is he enjoying it??
