Britney Spears smiled and looked happy despite her recent hardships including her former manager being served with a subpoena to appear in court over her kids custody battle with Kevin Federline plus her estrangement from her mother. The singer - who is sporting stains on her dress and chest in these pictures - has released her much anticipated single titled " Gimme More." Britney made a quick stop for sushi in Beverly Glen at her favorite place before heading out to Las Vegas, where she will remain until her performance on the MTV awards which will air on September 9th.
